Job summary

Penske Logistics in Memphis is seeking warehouse associates to join an experienced team. This role emphasizes safety, a positive attitude, and the ability to support both regular and temporary warehouse functions.

You will work with Operations Supervisors to meet productivity expectations and contribute to process visibility. The position offers a 22.00 per hour pay rate, a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:30am to 8:00pm, and a benefits package including PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Pack, label and ship finished products.
• Read work orders to determine tasks and materials needed.
• Complete daily logs and communicate across shifts.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
