Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in California to lead routine warehouse tasks and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will move materials, receive and distribute items, and assemble orders in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, ladder access, and fluent English. Prior warehouse experience and reliability are valued as the team supports continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Good or corrected vision.
• Ability to add and subtract.
• Able to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Balances team and individual responsibilities.
• Consistently at work and on time.

Responsibilities

• Move materials from receiving or production to storage or other areas.
• Receive, store and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products.
• May sweep floors and clean dock areas.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or move to packing or shipping.
• Open bales, crates and other containers.
• May operate manual hand tools.
• Sort items on racks, shelves or bins by size, type, color or code.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
