Qualifications

• Minimum one year of powered industrial truck experience.
• One year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with RF scanner systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform loading, picking, packing, shipping, and forklift tasks.
• Allocate daily work to team to optimize shift logistics.
• Drive KPI improvements through effective leadership.
• Provide orientation and tools for employees to perform their roles.
• Promote health and safety practices in the warehouse.
• Handle routine paperwork like picks, returns, and bills of lading.
• Submit daily reports and propose improvement actions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
