Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Warehouse Lead Worker in a Mobile, AL area to oversee receiving, storage, and order processing. You will supervise daily tasks, ensure accurate inventory, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed. The role requires prior warehouse experience and flexibility for evenings/weekends.

You will contribute to safe, efficient warehouse workflows, coordinate transfers, and maintain accuracy in stock levels while upholding Aramark's safety protocols and service commitments.

Qualifications

• Requires previous warehouse experience
• Experience in a supervisor or related role preferred
• Requires the ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Requires the ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks
• Requires basic math and counting skills
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Receive products and inspect quality and damage; store items properly
• Transfer products to and from the warehouse
• Prepare merchandise for delivery and packing for shipment
• Schedule daily work and oversee task completion
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Perform regular physical inventory as needed
• Protect company assets and maintain security of inventory
