Keefe Group, a TKC Holdings Company, is seeking an Operations Team Lead to guide the Bulk Shipping Team on-site in Bridgeton, MO. The role supports daily outbound orders, training new staff, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

You will report to the Operations Manager and work a Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm schedule with overtime as needed, plus a weekly $125 production and attendance bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; experience training new team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to prepare reports and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Guide and train the Bulk Shipping Team to complete daily outbound orders.
• Ensure daily checkout/return of knives, scan guns, radios and equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of department operations and inventory accuracy.
• Tender, select and load orders and ensure employees are deployed where needed.
• Complete required reporting and update management with written notes.

About This Position

***Weekly production and attendance bonus of $125***

***Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm (overtime as needed)***

The Operations Team Lead will guide the Bulk Shipping Team in completing daily outbound customer orders.

You will work onsite in the warehouse. You will report to the operations manager.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Assist and manage training of new team members.
• Make sure team members are daily checking out and returning knives, scan guns, radios.
• Maintain working knowledge of all phases of your department operations.
• Confirm that you tender, select and load orders.
• Make sure employees are working where needed and employees are staying busy.
• Assist to maintain accurate inventories of all products.
• Complete required reporting.
• Make sure Dashboard is checked and cleared out daily.
• Provide recommendations on areas of improvement.
• Document and inform Management of all priority tasks and personnel problems.
• Report any problems, discrepancies, issues to Management promptly with written documentation.
• Help with general upkeep of all areas/equipment/products.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver license.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have Familiarity Microsoft office ,word/excel/PowerPoint
• Must have background in leading a team of Full time and Guest (Temporary) employees
