Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Temporary to Permanent Full Time Material Handler in Phoenix, AZ. The role offers weekly pay and a path to permanent employment in a safe, organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation. Requires 1+ year warehouse experience and a valid forklift license; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Follow contract performance guidelines and quality standards.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and load/unload of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
