Job summary

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Assists in receiving incoming shipments of healthcare products and supplies by inspecting deliveries for accuracy, damages, and discrepancies, and reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assists in the movement and handling of healthcare products and supplies within the warehouse using manual equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Monitors and tracks inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock and prevent stockouts.
• Supports order fulfillment operations by picking, packing, and preparing healthcare products and supplies for shipment based on customer orders or internal requests.
• Maintains product quality and integrity by following proper handling and storage procedures for sensitive or fragile items.
• Maintains accurate records and documentation related to inventory transactions, order processing, and any incidents or issues that arise in the warehouse.
• Provides excellent customer service by ensuring that orders are accurately processed and fulfilled, promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns related to warehouse operations.
• Assists with the training of junior-level staff to promote the development of departmental capabilities.
• Develops relationships with all team members to facilitate the resolution of issues and prevent service delays.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
