Job summary

CooperVision, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Associate to support receiving, storage, and shipping operations across the distribution process.

You will perform cycle counts, ensure proper material storage, monitor storage conditions, and maintain accurate records in compliance with SOPs to support manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• Receives, stores, and ships materials per SOPs.
• Performs cycle counts and inventory control activities.
• Monitors storage conditions and material handling.
• Supports shipping, receiving, and MRO as needed.

Responsibilities

• The job scope is to assist with receiving activities when materials, product or equipment are received in CooperVision.
• Responsible to execute the store, dispatch, inventory controls and/or shipping activities required to comply with Logistics Operations.
• Ensure proper materials storage and monitor per applicable SOP's specification.
• To support manufacturing operations by performing warehouse and inventory task, materials handling, receiving, and shipping activities.

Job description

• Support Cycle Count and physical inventory activities.
• Maintain good inventory storage and handling practice.
• Monitor Storage Temperature and ensure proper material storage in accordance with established procedures.
• Store bulk polypropylene materials from containers to Silos.
• Maintain good housekeeping practice.
• Participate stamping quarantine labels on incoming raw materials.
• Participate on MRO Materials delivery to owners.
• Participate in any other duties related to Warehouse and Logistics activities as required.
