Position Purpose: Associates in a Warehouse Support role perform activities related to scheduling inbound and outbound activities in the Distribution Center, ensuring inventory accuracy, system and process quality, vendor compliance, and outbound shipments to stores. They may also handle administrative and clerical duties supporting specific functional areas within the DC. Some roles are responsible for maintaining hardware functionality to support efficient work and meet production and customer goals. Individuals must work cooperatively with colleagues, vendors, carriers, and internal groups, often with minimal supervision, and demonstrate attention to detail and time management skills. Building relationships with internal suppliers and functional groups is vital to drive quality and accuracy within the DC and service to stores. Following safety policies and procedures is essential.

Specific Warehouse Support positions may include: Outbound Coordinator, Transportation Coordinator, Inventory Control Associate, AP Auditor, DC Systems Coordinator, Customer Service Coordinator, Logistics, HR Coordinator, General Office Associate, Maintenance Associate, and Administrative Assistant.
