Taylor Logistics, Inc. in West Chester, OH, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive performance at our West Chester location.

You will coach and motivate staff, manage staffing and scheduling, promote safety, and ensure adherence to quality standards while identifying efficiency improvements and developing team capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Two or more years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.

Work Environment/Physical Demands

This position requires work in a warehouse environment with loud noises and changing/challenging climates (hot/cold based on the season). You must be able to bend, grasp, kneel, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. You must be capable of deft finger movements for control of the forklift and enough visual acuity to maneuver in tight spaces without damage to product.
