Job summary

Flex is hiring an Associate Warehouse Supervisor in Columbia, SC. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee shipping, receiving and inventory records for materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate orders and safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3 years in materials or manufacturing, and strong MRPI/office software skills. APICS certs are a plus and competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of materials experience or experience using Manufacturing.
• Experience with Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
• Office skills including data entry and standard software.
• Ability to read and interpret business documents and write reports.
• Ability to solve practical problems with variable conditions.
• APICS certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
• Ensure orders are accurately and efficiently filled.
• Perform quality checks on received products before stocking.
• Maintain proper stock levels to support profitability.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and manage equipment.
• Ensure warehouse is clean, safe and well stocked.
• Assist in achieving functional objectives within policies.
