Job summary

Cherokee Federal CNSS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to be on-site for the duration of the contract. The role reports to the Project/Warehouse Manager and requires active security clearance. The starting salary range is 60–70K/year with full-time benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.

Responsibilities include supervising contractor employees, planning and managing resources, and ensuring compliance and cost efficiency per contract. Prior WMS experience is required.

• Must pass pre-employment requirements for Cherokee Federal.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Contractor’s on-site supervisor and POC for Government representatives in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
• Provide overall supervision for Contractor employees, plan and manage the project, allocate resources, monitor operation performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform spot checks of completed work for contract compliance and ensure work is done properly and efficiently per contract terms.

Job description

The Warehouse Supervisor shall be on site for the duration of the Contract. The Warehouse Specialist Supervisor receives tasks from the Project/Warehouse Manager. Will have the basic knowledge and skills required to plan, control, manage, and be responsible for the successful completion of the work.

***This position requires an active Secret Clearance to be considered.***

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Warehouse Supervisor: 60-70K/year

Pay commensurate with experience.

Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities Include:

• Act as the Contractor’s on-site supervisor and POC for Government representatives in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
• Provide overall supervision for Contractor employees to include, but not limited to, planning and managing the project professionally, allocating resources, managing personnel and monitoring operation performance taking direction from the Government to ensure customer satisfaction, ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources; ensuring that accurate and timely reports are provided; effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of the labor-hour services ordered; ensure cost saving factors and quality controls are used to ensure work is performed as scheduled, and at a fair and reasonable cost.
• Perform spot checks completed work for compliance with the contract on work sequence, procedures, methods, and deadlines.
• Ensures work is done properly and efficiently IAW the terms and conditions of the contract.

Warehouse Supervisor Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Required Qualifications

Three (3) years of experience using WMS or equivalent Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five (5) years.
