Job summary

Lineage Logistics Holdings, LLC is seeking a warehouse leadership professional to join our Baltimore, MD team. You will supervise and train direct reports, assign duties, and drive productivity while ensuring safety and quality.

The role also includes managing inbound and outbound shipments, organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Candidates should have at least two years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience and

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius with PPE.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shifts, including weekends.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan production schedules and allocate resources; keep time and production records.
• Track and report to designated plant personnel.
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing.

• Resolve employee issues and maintain open communication across the organization.
• Complete assigned projects as instructed.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage operational procedurestoincludetheincomingandoutgoing shipments, handletheorganizationofmerchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation forcompletion of job assignmentswhilekeeping time and production records
• Track andsendreportsto designated plant personnel
• Track warehouse activitiesincluding sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with machinery and material handling equipment
• Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization
• Perform assigned projects asinstructed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• 2years warehouseor logisticsleadershipexperience
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong conflict management skills
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of40lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Pay Range:$55,100.00 - $92,900.00
