Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Oklahoma City for the 2nd shift (13:00 - 21:30) to supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate DC functions. You will lead Distribution Associates, ensure safety, quality, productivity and timely performance appraisals, and drive on-site training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business/logistics/engineering, distribution/manufacturing experience, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, logistics, engineering field or related area required.
• Master's degree desired.
• Distribution or manufacturing experience required. Engineering / Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated abilities in leadership, problem solving, and change management.
• Highly organized, self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Intermediate to advanced PC skills required: Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor/equipment plans for a given functional area assuring key production objectives are met with world-class safety, quality, productivity and customer service.
• Direct management of Distribution Associates including recruiting, hiring, training and development. Responsible for the accuracy and timely completion of performance appraisals. Provides effective coaching and feedback on a regular basis to direct reports.
• Build a motivated, effective team and initiate personnel actions, including promotions, and sponsor Key-Op program participants with support from the Assistant PDC Manager.
• Assist in coordination of on-site training/support with current network Supervisors and Associates that aligns with facility setup needs and employee onboarding needs.
• Work with team to develop and implement continuous improvement projects and effectively manage through change. Maintain Standard Work Instructions for processes.
• Build positive relationships with dealers as well as vendors to improve the overall service level for our customers.

Salary Range

At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $70,500 - $96,800 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
