  • Support coworker engagement and lead safety initiatives, including regular safety checks and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
  • Maintain Emergency Eyewash Refill logs and ensure timely completion of safety-related tasks.
  • Ensure outgoing shipments are complete, accurate, and compliant with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents including bills of lading, air bills, and dangerous goods declarations.
  • Oversee domestic, international, LTL, and hazmat shipments.
  • Prevent unauthorized shipping of hazardous materials by unqualified personnel.
  • Oversee inventory control processes including cycle counts, labeling, and reconciliation.
  • Identify and coordinate disposal of nonconforming and expired materials.
  • Maintain calibration records and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve late shipments, open order issues, freight claims, vendor shipping discrepancies, and billing issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between warehouse operations and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and issue resolution.
  • Promote and enforce safety and operational standards (AS/ISO, Export Control, TCP).
  • Identify improvement opportunities and present recommendations to management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and improve workflow.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools to monitor performance, track shipments, and manage inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
  • Perform duties in compliance with AS/ISO standards and applicable accounting procedures.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
