The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and cross-functional teamwork. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and comfort with forklifts and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset to operate forklifts (training provided) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and email).
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
