Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Supervisor Lead to drive daily warehouse operations on a 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM shift in New Jersey. You will lead a team, uphold safety standards, and ensure efficient resource use while delivering top-tier performance.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook. Forklift training is provided; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset with forklift operation (training provided) and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Spanish-speaking a plus.
