Job summary

Harrison, Walker & Harper seeks a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for our Fayetteville, NC location. You will oversee receiving, storage and shipping tasks, manage warehouse personnel, and ensure safety and productivity targets are met while maintaining high quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of warehouse or supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of warehouse or supervisory experience (or equivalent education/experience).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assigns receiving, storage, packaging support and shipping tasks to assigned warehouse personnel.
• Ensures forklift operators and other personnel perform operator maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Reports equipment and facility repair needs to the warehouse manager.
• Trains new employees to perform assigned tasks.
• Ensures personnel meet productivity, safety and attendance targets.
• Recommends staffing changes necessary to achieve productions goals.
