ORBIS RPM, a part of Menasha Corporation, seeks a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to direct shipping/receiving and lead a team in a safe, efficient warehouse environment. This role focuses on timely shipments, accurate receiving, and maintaining inventory integrity.

• Knowledge of methods, accepted practices, considerations and regulatory requirements associated with safety and protection of the employees, environment and site

Responsabilidades

• Provide and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, including auditing, addressing unsafe behaviors and conditions, timely reporting safety incidents, enforcing safety-related policies and procedures, and conducting any needed training
• Help coordinate outbound shipments
• Ensure deliveries are scheduled and completed based on available and anticipated inventory and order promise dates
• Address and communicate quality issues to internal team and external customers
• Ensure raw materials are received and accurately placed into inventory
• Ensure warehouse and materials are well-organized
• Confer with plant personnel and other departments to review activities and operating reports to determine changes in schedules
• Maintain a high degree of plant floor visibility throughout the shift
• Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities
• Conduct annual performance reviews
• Other duties as assigned
