Job summary

Vallen in Savannah, GA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure timely receiving, storage, and shipping in line with company policies.

You will lead safety programs, optimize processes, maintain equipment, and coordinate with suppliers. Strong leadership, organization, and forklift certification are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Experience in warehouse supervisory roles is expected.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory, receiving and shipping.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance.
• Manage ERP system workflows and KPI reporting.
• Plan layout changes to maximize space utilization.
• Manage annual warehouse budget and control costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies.
