Job summary

Domino's Corporate in Garner, NC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a day shift (7am–4pm, Sun–Thurs) to support the Warehouse Manager with operations and customer service. The role starts at $65,000 and requires leadership, inventory control, and adherence to safety standards.

You will train new team members, manage schedules, and ensure efficient, compliant warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment while following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred.
• 2-3 years warehouse, manufacturing or production experience.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must have and maintain forklift certification.
• SAP experience is a PLUS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Team Leader in all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Recruit and interview new team members.
• Coordinate team member tasks and responsibilities to receive, store, and load food products and support goods.
• Ensure a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Utilize handheld scanners to perform pick, sort, pack, receive, stock, etc.
• Create weekly loading schedule for receiving, warehouse and related departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or Director.
• Fill in for warehouse team member as needed to meet goals.
