Job summary

Furniture Mart USA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate all functions of our busy warehouse in a full-time role. You will direct daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure efficient space utilization while maintaining a customer-focused environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on problem solving, and ensuring timely delivery and setup of showroom items. Join a team that values growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift in excess of 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Must possess a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of the warehouse, including labor, scheduling, supervision and proper utilization of space and equipment.
• Manage a team of Delivery Drivers.
• Move displays on the showroom floor to/from the warehouse.
• Load/unload trucks.
• Assist with customer pick-ups.
• Inspect/assemble furniture and perform minor repair work on furniture.
• Other duties as assigned by store management.
