Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC in Lancaster is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt and shipment while coordinating with production, sales and purchasing to maintain a smooth supply chain.

You will train staff, manage staffing, oversee cycle counts, and enforce safety while driving improvements in cost, quality and efficiency across the plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the position.
• Experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Enforces operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Inspects warehouse equipment and physical condition.
• Coordinates repairs with vendors/forklift mechanics.
• Oversees warehouse in absence of Warehouse Manager.
• Trains new warehouse employees and reevaluates training needs.
• Coordinates staffing to cover attendance shortages.
• Directs salvage of damaged or used material.
• Performs month-end inventory and cycle counts.
