Job summary

ASR Group, a leading sugar refiner and marketer, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse activities, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and to direct employees at our California facility.

The role requires at least two years leading warehouse staff, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and proficiency with SAP, EWM, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, overtime and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of two (2) years of proven accomplishments in the supervision of warehouse employees.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, overtime and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of trucks from the loading dock.
• Track product inventory to ensure availability and timely delivery.
• Organize and maintain a warehouse with proper storage and inventory.
• Interface with customers to resolve problems and answer questions.
• Maintain shipping documentation and certifications.
• Oversee warehouse personnel in a unionized environment.
