Job summary

Crane is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan the layout of our warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors. You will advise employees on care and preservation of items, methods and use of equipment, and ensure efficient handling, storage, and shipping of stock.

The role also involves determining work procedures, preparing schedules, expediting workflow, assigning duties, and maintaining harmony while enforcing safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to four years relevant, job-related experience, education or combination thereof.
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds with hand truck/pallet jack and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.


• Three to four years relevant, job-related experience, education or combination thereof.


• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

• Professional certification may be required in some areas
