Job summary

EmployBridge in Alexandria, LA seeks a Warehouse Supervisor/Forklift Driver to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead staff, and ensure accurate shipping, receiving and inventory processes.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, strong communication, and organizational skills, with forklift experience; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM, pay $15.00/hour, weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse personnel in daily operations
• Operate forklift and all warehouse equipment
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory management activities
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation
• Enforce company safety standards and warehouse procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
