The noise level is usually moderate to loud.Skills/Qualifications: Microsoft Excel and Office, Analyzing Information, Attention to Detail, Strong Verbal and Written Communication and being able to handle inventory discrepancies and employees.Proven experience in Operations as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within e-commerce or distribution center with KPI and customer service skillsStrong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce.Proficiency in warehouse management systems.Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry picker/reach machine and other warehouse machinery safely.Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and operational processes.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and other departments.
