Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for the B shift (Mon-Fri 3:30 PM–12:00 AM) at our Chattanooga facility. You will supervise freight handlers, manage daily operations, and ensure accurate documentation and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in logistics or related fields and 3–5 years of supervisory freight experience. Proficiency with WMS/TMS and strong leadership are essential to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

Educational background / Work experience

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field. Relevant certifications or training in freight operations management are advantageous.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in freight operations or logistics roles, with demonstrated experience in supervisory or leadership positions.

Language skills

• Fluent in English (oral and written)

Computer Literacy

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS)
