Danfoss GmbH is seeking a mid-senior Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift on-site in our manufacturing operation. You will lead a warehouse team, ensure materials flow with production schedules, and maintain inventory accuracy while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing PPE and handling procedures, and coordinating with production, inventory, receiving, and maintenance to minimize delays and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualificações

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, material handling, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading or supervising staff in an operational environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control and safe material-handling practices.

The Impact You'll Make

• As a Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift), you’ll play a critical role in keeping materials flowing efficiently through a manufacturing operation. Your leadership will help ensure production teams have the right materials at the right time, supporting safety, quality, and uninterrupted operations.
• This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. You’ll lead a warehouse team, maintain inventory accuracy, and help create a safe, organized, and high‑performing work environment.
• Working closely with Production, Inventory, Receiving, and Maintenance teams, you'll make a direct impact on productivity, customer commitments, and overall business success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and support second-shift warehouse employees, setting clear priorities and holding the team accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and attendance.
• Ensure the accurate movement, storage, staging, and delivery of materials to support production schedules and minimize delays or shortages.
• Maintain strong inventory accuracy by enforcing proper system transactions, investigating discrepancies, and supporting inventory control processes.
• Promote a safe and organized workplace by enforcing PPE requirements, material-handling standards, equipment safety practices, and housekeeping expectations.
• Partner with Production, Inventory, Receiving, and Maintenance teams to resolve operational issues, communicate priorities, and provide effective shift handoffs that keep work moving across shifts.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, material handling, or manufacturing operations.
• Previous experience leading, supervising, coaching, or directing the work of employees in an operational environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse organization, material flow processes, and safe material-handling practices.
• Experience using ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems, along with standard computer applications.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work a second‑shift schedule and support operational needs as required.
