Job summary

ASR Group, a leading cane sugar producer and marketer, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Crockett, CA. You will direct warehousing operations on a per-shift basis, supervise 30–40 union hourly employees, and ensure safe, compliant receiving, warehousing and shipping of products.

The role requires 3+ years leading warehousing (BS/BA) or 5+ years with a HS diploma, plus OSHA knowledge and strong communication. OT, weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years leading a warehousing operation with BS/BA or 5+ years with HS/GED.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Ability to coach and train employees in a team-based environment.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse operations on a per-shift basis to meet standards.
• Oversee product shipping by truck and optimize facility layout and inventory.
• Monitor performance and generate reports on labor, production and quality.
• Ensure safety, GMP practices, and audit readiness in warehousing.
• Oversee staff coverage across weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
