You will guide safety, quality, productivity, customer delivery, and continuous improvement projects while overseeing daily warehouse and production operations. The supervisor will manage staffing, scheduling, employee development, performance management, and resource planning to ensure operational goals are achieved. You will have experience leading teams, coordinating production and inventory activities, managing material flow, and using Lean methodologies to improve processes and eliminate waste. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential. This role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other cross-functional teams. The partnership drives business results and fosters a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
