Champtires.com LLC is seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to manage production and supervise warehouse staff. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while meeting performance and quality goals.

Saturday hours are required. The candidate should have 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including supervisory experience, and knowledge of WMS/ERP/NETSUITE.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience including supervisory experience
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS/ERP/NETSUITE)
• Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse best practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Forklift certification preferred
• Experience with lean warehousing or continuous improvement initiatives preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily operations
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper stock control
• Enforce safety standards and guidelines across the warehouse
• Ensure timely order fulfillment while meeting company performance and quality goals
• Work Saturdays as required
