Job summary

Grand Furniture & Ashley is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead warehouse teams, drive productivity, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will develop supervisors and oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control, while maintaining accurate product flow and high standards of safety and compliance in a fast-paced Virginia Beach environment.

The role emphasizes actionable process improvements, staffing management, and collaboration with operations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing teams in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.
