Job summary

PVH, Pelham, AL, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to hire, direct, and evaluate associates across receiving, shipping, returns, picking, packing, and inventory control. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and adherence to DEA regulations while managing cage/vault operations.

The role involves supervising shipments of controlled substances, maintaining logs, and coordinating with customers to resolve issues. Strong leadership, logistics knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or similar field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good decision-making, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Leadership and coaching skills with ability to establish positive working relationships.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and experience operating a reach truck (required).
• Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to work extended hours, participate in weekend on-call rotation, and physical inventory as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow, motivate, train, and monitor performance of warehouse associates.
• Monitor work processes and suggest modifications to improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
• Support compliance with policies, procedures, safety rules, and DEA regulations.
• Coach employees to support development.
• Supervise receipt of merchandise and maintain accurate logs.
• Oversee staff in counting, weighing, and identifying shipped items and checking against invoices and orders.
• Oversee filling, double-checking, and shipping controlled substances.
• Maintain records of delivery process.
• Oversee manifests of routes and departures.
• Interact with customers to resolve delivery or order-filling issues.
• Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing controlled substances.
• Ensure quality of packing and protection of breakable items.
• Track attendance, monitor performance, and manage overtime of associates.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Shift Hours: Sunday, Monday: 9:00 AM – complete; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10:30 AM – complete. Flexibility required.

Location: Onsite, Pelham, AL. No remote/hybrid work.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor will hire, terminate, direct, and evaluate associates, and oversee functional areas of the warehouse such as receiving, shipping, returns, picking, packing, checking, stocking, order filling, and management of the cage/vault. They will also verify record keeping of outgoing shipments of controlled substances and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
