Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor in Wisconsin to lead a warehouse team on the floor, developing people and driving results in a culture of collaboration and strong communication.

As a supervisor, you will oversee operations, ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity standards are met, and partner with operations leadership to optimize processes. This role emphasizes on-floor leadership and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 F (-25 C) in cold storage or up to 100 F (37 C) in dry storage with PPE.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage operational procedures including inbound/outbound shipments, organize merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources to complete tasks while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, records control, and purchasing to ensure product availability.
• Operate and work with machinery and material handling equipment.
• Resolve employee issues and maintain open communication across all levels of the organization.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.

Job description

2nd Shift Monday - Friday 4pm to 12:30pm.

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility.

Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties of direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Manage operational procedures to include the incoming and outgoing shipments, handle the organization of merchandise, and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completion of job assignments while keeping time and production records.
• Track and send reports to designated plant personnel.
• Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure availability of products.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with machinery and material handling equipment.
• Resolve employee issues and maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.

Minimum Requirements (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud.
