We are seeking candidates for a Warehouse Supervisor role on the 1st shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity ranges between $65,200-$85,200 per year, depending on skills and experience. What you will do as a Warehouse Supervisor:

Supervise and support warehouse employees in order picking, storage, and shipping
Monitor and improve productivity, quality, and overall efficiency
Ensure safety, sanitation, and security policies are followed at all times
Train, develop, and evaluate team members; handle discipline and performance reviews
Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate goals and updates
Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with company and government regulations
Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and placement of staff during shifts
Communicate issues, improvements, and operational needs to warehouse management
Manage a team of 30 direct reports, jump into day to day tasks as necessary

What you need to be a Warehouse Supervisor:

1–2 years of warehouse and/or supervisory experience (grocery warehouse preferred)
Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills
Forklift or warehouse equipment certification preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
