Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven optimization.
• Excellent communication to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Operations Management: supervise, optimize inbound processes, ensure timely receiving, inspection, and storage of goods.

• Inbound compliance: ensure operations meet company standards and safety regulations.
• Team Management: lead, train, and guide the inbound team; develop schedules; assign tasks.
• Team performance: monitor and conduct evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Process Optimization: evaluate and improve inbound processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce SOPs to minimize incidents; ensure compliance with laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse inbound management, with a solid understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
• Experience in team management with the ability to lead and motivate employees to enhance performance.
• Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management System) such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate inbound processes across departments.
• Language Requirement: English proficiency as a working language is required; fluency in the local language and Chinese is preferred.
