Supervises warehousing activities for Sales Center by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisor(s).
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Supervises 2 to 4 subordinate employees.
Employee is regularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to sit and use hands to handle or feel. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles; occasional exposure to outside weather conditions, explosives, and vibration. Noise level is usually loud.
