Pla-Family-of-Companie in Montgomery, IL seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations on first or second shift, reporting to the onsite management team. You will drive production performance and uphold safety standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, a hands-on approach to problem‑solving, and clear communication with team members, customers, and senior leadership. Pallet industry experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

• Serve as an interface between operations, customers, administration, employees, and logistics.
• Provide leadership and guidance to frontline employees. Establish and communicate goals and objectives. Emphasize accountability and inspire positive behavior changes.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in the day-to-day operations of an assigned facility. This position is available on first or second shift, with the specific schedule determined by facility needs. Reporting to the onsite management team, this position is responsible for overseeing production performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across all operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and senior leadership. Prior pallet industry experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate. Schedule

Physical Requirements

• This is a physically demanding role in a warehouse/production environment.
• The ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods is required.

• You may be exposed to dust, loud noise, and fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold).
• All duties require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
