PCE seeks a dependable Warehouse Supervisor for our Orange County location. This hands-on role leads warehouse operations, equipment prep and delivery, and team motivation in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday–Friday with evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

You will oversee logistics with operations and sales, manage inventory and repairs, and ensure safety and efficiency. A driver’s license with clean record and the ability to lift 75 lbs are required; experience in live event

Qualifications

• Experience in live event production is required.
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring a team is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; box truck driving experience is required.
• Willingness to learn trailer towing is needed.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work flexible hours including nights/weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office and FLEX experience are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Field duties may be recalled for shop needs; assist on-site crews with setup and basic show support.

PCE, a live events production company, is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Supervisor for our Orange County warehouse location. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, wants to grow within a warehouse-focused operations role, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. PCE focuses on offering remarkable client experience through customer service and industry expertise. At PCE, it doesn't matter what it is, if the client can dream it, we can do it! Normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am-6:00 pm. Hours for this role include evenings, weekends and holidays.

DUTIES

Priority One – Shop Lead (Primary Role):

• Oversee warehouse logistics in coordination with operations and sales team.
• Prep, deprep, and maintain rental equipment using ERP software.
• Load/unload trucks and deliver gear using up to a 24’ box truck (driving test required).
• Motivate and engage the team, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging collaboration and productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment, enforcing safety protocols.
• Assign and monitor labor and tasks to ensure timely as well as accurate completion of shop operations.
• Assist with inventory control, repairs, and logistics coordination.
• Support missing/lost/damaged gear processes.
• Facilitate the repair of broken equipment and identify items needing more in-depth repairs.

Priority Two – Field Support (As Needed)

*Field duties are secondary and subject to recall for shop needs.

• Assist on-site crews with setup, strike, and basic show support.
• Load/unload gear at event sites.
• Support techs without acting as a lead technician.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in live event production required (warehouse or operations preferred).
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring team members is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; box truck driving experience required.
• Trailering experience is a plus, willingness to learn is required.
• Able to lift 75 lbs. and work flexible hours, including nights/weekends.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship.
• Basic computer skills; MS Office and FLEX experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Long-term interest in operations-based career growth.
• Must have good vision, especially depth perception.
