Job description

A successful Warehouse Supervisor shall oversee warehouse personnel; ensure receiving, warehousing, and distributing materials by implementing, coordinating, and applying program, operations, and personnel guidelines and procedures; ensure accurate inventory records by conducting and organizing physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of materials handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Ability to use a computer and other office-related equipment
• Ability to read, interpret, input, and analyze data

Training or Experience Demonstrating:

• Ability to work safely, with or without supervision
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift various telecommunication tools
• Excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Ability to organize materials and operate equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop employees and supervisors
• Review tasks and reports for accuracy and compliance
• Develop processes to support departmental tasks
• Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or 5 years related experience
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience
• Project management skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings
