Job summary

Newave Tower Components in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations supporting cell tower projects. You will supervise receiving, staging, shipping, and inventory control while coordinating with field crews and project managers.

The role requires hands-on leadership, forklift operations, and ensuring safety standards. You will optimize warehouse workflows, train staff, and manage vendor coordination to meet tight schedules in a fast-paced telecommunications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience in telecom, construction, or cell tower industry preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with inventory systems, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, staging, kitting, shipping, and returns.
• Manage inventory of telecommunications equipment such as antennas, radios, coax/fiber cable, mounts, steel, and hardware.
• Coordinate material deliveries and pickups with field crews, project managers, and logistics providers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS or ERP software.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure materials are staged and prepared to meet project schedules and site requirements.
• Enforce OSHA, company, and site-specific safety standards.
• Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff and drivers.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness.
• Oversee forklift and material-handling equipment usage and maintenance.
• Assist with procurement, vendor coordination, and managing damage or shortage claims.
• Support emergency or after-hours material needs as required by project demands.

Compensation

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
