AVI Foodsystems in Garner, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team and ensure packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory run smoothly. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:00pm, in Garner, NC.

The candidate will oversee shipping operations, coordinate with the Branch Manager, and manage counts, records, and supplies while maintaining safety and efficiency. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a management role
• Experience in vending/foodservice is preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing, personable, and able to communicate with all levels of a company
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of the warehouse team and effective operation of packing, shipping, receiving and inventory

• Oversee and participate in preparation of items for shipping, receiving, storing and inventory
• Oversee and participate in incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments
• Review records for accuracy and compliance with established procedures
• Review shipping discrepancies and work to rectify problems with relevant team members
• Conduct inventory counts
• Order warehouse supplies when needed
• Develop and maintain an effective department, assist in the selection, training, motivation and review of team members
• Perform other related duties as assigned

This is a full-time position in Garner, NC. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00am to 1:00pm.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements
