Job summary

RelaDyne LLC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in our facility. You will oversee inventory, warehouse staff, shipping and receiving, and safety while ensuring efficient operations and accurate inventory to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and inventory or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product organization.
• Supervise, coach, train, and schedule warehouse team members.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, FIFO rotation, and physical inventories.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
• Support purchasing activities, product returns, and repackaging processes.
• Partner with sales and operations teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with customer support, product recommendations, quoting, and account management as needed.
• Help improve operational efficiency and support continuous process improvements.
