Qualifications

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will operate in a safe, high-paced, and fluid environment. You must be able to safely optimize people and technology while ensuring quality in all operations. You will oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Description

• Supervise daily shift operations of one or more warehouse areas, including selecting, loading, shipping, receiving, safety, sanitation, replenishment, and product storage in a Grocery, Perishables, or Freezer Warehouse environment.
• Manage and supervise Warehouse Associates in fulfilling customer orders and general warehouse tasks.
• Instruct and oversee Warehouse Associates in quality, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with the Shift Manager to develop employee performance plans; coach and mentor associates; provide continuous performance feedback to improve retention and relations.
• Manage KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget, and Quality (Shrink).
• Conduct safety, quality, shrink, and operational audits; encourage responsibility and ownership among associates.
• Conduct accident investigations following company guidelines and document findings.
• Travel Required: No

Environment

• Warehouse environments include: Freezer (-20F to 0F), Perishable (28F to 60F), Grocery (50F to 90F).

Skills

• Specialized Knowledge in warehouse operations.
• People management, dependability, and deadline orientation.
• Physical ability to move merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs., stand/walk for 10-12 hours.

Experience

• 2-5 years of related warehouse experience; supervisory experience managing 15+ associates preferred; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, voice recognition, inventory control, labor management is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, GED, or High School Diploma in General Studies.
