Pay Range

$16.10 - $22.90

Purpose

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing warehouse operations, supervising staff, and supporting freight management based on customer and inventory needs.

Major Responsibilities

1. Schedule warehouse personnel daily to ensure efficient shipping and receiving.
2. Oversee activities including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
3. Manage storage transactions, receiving errors, and product staging.
4. Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs.
5. Implement safety programs to ensure a safe, clean workplace compliant with OSHA regulations.
6. Train associates and enforce standard operating procedures.
7. Handle disciplinary actions and foster a productive labor environment.
8. Address employee inquiries and resolve issues.
9. Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations.
10. Complete activity reports for management.
11. Monitor paperwork flow for timely data entry and resolve shipping discrepancies.
12. Execute Storage Buy Audit COP.
13. Ensure proper staging and storage of products, including inventory rotation.
14. Perform other duties as directed by management.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in basic math and computer skills in Windows systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Availability for extended hours during peak seasons.

Working Conditions

Frequent exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles; noise levels are moderate to loud.

Physical/Sensory Requirements

Ability to exert force up to 60 pounds, handle objects, and perform physical activities like standing, walking, reaching, climbing, and stooping.
