Job summary

Ferraro Foods is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Aberdeen, MD to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage staffing, workflow, and safety compliance within a fast-paced setting.

The successful candidate will coach warehouse teams, monitor performance, and ensure accuracy and productivity while maintaining adherence to OSHA standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment, including refrigerated and freezer areas.
• Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order selection, and shipping
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to drive productivity, accuracy, and performance
• Manage staffing, workflow, and shift priorities to meet operational demands
• Monitor employee performance and hold team members accountable to expectations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and OSHA requirements
• Support inventory processes, including product rotation, cycle counts, and warehouse organization
• Oversee the safe operation and proper use of warehouse equipment
• Communicate daily updates, operational issues, and performance results to leadership
• Step in and support warehouse operations as needed to keep the shift running smoothly

The Details

• Compensation:$70,000–$75,000 annually

• Environment: Multi-temperature warehouse, including refrigerated and freezer areas
