Job summary

Keefe Group is seeking operations team members for a warehouse and distribution environment in Denver, CO. This on-site role reports to the Operations Manager and offers full-time hours with benefits starting on day one.

You will handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping duties, gain cross-training across departments, and may specialize in a specific area as the needs arise. DailyPay and weekly bonuses accompany competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehousing experience is REQUIRED.
• Previous/current picking and packing of warehouse orders REQUIRED.
• EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience is REQUIRED.
• Walkie Rider operation is REQUIRED.
• RF Scan Gun is REQUIRED.
• Stand Up Counterbalance experience PREFERRED.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented in a dynamic environment.
• Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm working hours.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound operations.
• Pick product for customer orders in Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory and perform counts to ensure accuracy.
• Use WMS systems and mobile scan guns to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Support cross-training across distribution departments.
