Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is hiring a Stocker in Urbandale, IA. You will load/unload materials, verify loads, and ensure accurate staging while maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse environment. This full-time role emphasizes reliability, safety, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation includes a base hourly wage with a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth within FBM and the UDGH partnership across markets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• General knowledge of building materials and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & material handling.
• Verify trucks are loaded and secured per DOT standards.
• Unload, protect, move, and stage materials as directed by the customer.
• Maintain inventory and participate in periodic inventories.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA requirements; keep a clean, safe warehouse.
• Use proper lifting techniques and wear PPE.
• Drive non-CDL vehicles as needed.
