Sodexo is seeking a Stock Worker and Receiver at University of Texas at El Paso to support warehouse operations. You will receive merchandise, unload goods, stock shelves, and assist customers with orders.

The role involves processing shipments, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring accurate inventory. 0-1 year experience and a driver’s license may be required; forklift certification may be needed. Shifts vary; pay is $9.00–$10.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year experience is expected.
• May require a valid driver’s license.
• Forklift operation certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment.
• Receives, lifts, moves, stores, issues, counts, sorts, weighs, and verifies items on requisitions or invoices.
• Communicates with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to coordinate delivery schedules and confirm receipt of goods.
• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and contacts shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
• Fills orders, issues supplies from stock and rotates stock to ensure freshness.
